I want to sign my house over to my two sons. How do I go about this?
I want to sign my house over to my two sons who are over 18. The house is in my name only and I want them to own 50% each and for me to have no further claims on the property. How do I go about this?
This could be dealt with by way of a transfer of equity whereby you would transfer the legal title to your sons, although there are certain implications and ramifications to a transaction of this type.
