Our neighbour has parked his caravan on his driveway despite there being restrictive covenants preventing this. How can we enforce the covenants?
Despite there being restrictive covenants preventing caravans being parked on the properties on our privately owned estate our neighbour has parked one on his driveway for over three months now - what are we able to do to enforce this covenant?
To respond fully to your question we would need to inspect the Deeds in order to establish a) when the covenants were imposed b) by whom c) who has the benefit of the covenants and thus the right to enforce them. We do offer a Deeds inspection service for, in this case, a fee of £100.00 plus VAT and if you would like to avail yourself of this facility, then please let us know and we will arrange for one of our legal counsellors to call you to go through your case in detail. The service is confidential, there are no costs associated with the call and there is no obligation of any kind. Please reply to this email if you want to use this service.
