Property leased to housing association which has stopped paying rent: how do I get possession?

I leased my property to a housing association 7 years ago. The association has stopped paying rent to me and would not return my property. How can I legally obtain my property back.

You are entitled to apply to the court for an order of 'delivery up'. Provided you can satisfy the court that the items belong to you they will order the association to give them back.

If your property is valued over £5000 we may be able to find a lawyer to assist you.
