Use of a right of way on an unowned lane...

For how long do we have to use an unowned lane in order to have absolute rights to use it?

Ordinarily, 20 years uninterrupted and unchallenged use.

There are exceptions regarding Crown Land and if we are being very pedantic it is often quoted as 19 years and 1 day due to complex calculations concerning any challenges.
