We have had some incidents where bottles have been thrown at our house: if we sell do we have to disclose this to our purchasers?
Over the last 7 months our property has been subject to various empty bottles being thrown at it from unknown sources. The police have been made aware of the situation and are investigating. If we sold our property would we have to legally disclose this to our purchasers?
You have to answer any questions honestly. You are unlikely to be asked "Have any bottles been thrown at the house" but will be asked if you have any dispute with the neighbours. Provided your answers are honest you do not have to disclose but unless you know the problem is not with your neighbours we think you will probably have to disclose this.
